Terms & Conditions

Please read these competition rules carefully. We will assume that you have read these rules and that you agree to them unless we receive notification prior to the competition closing indicating otherwise in which case we reserve the right disqualify such an entry from the competition.
  1. To enter a competition you must be a resident of South Africa.
  2. Competitions are not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of ONE Gospel, Urbanbrew, Dstv, Electromode or any of the artists or record labels associate with this recording or any subsidiary of Multichoice
  3. If you win a competition, we will notify you by phone or e-mail. The judges' decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  4. The competition closes on 31 July 2012. The winner will be notified no later than the 1 August 2012.
  5. By entering the competition the winner agrees to participate in such promotional activity and material as ONE Gospel may require including being photographed.
  6. The prize will not be transferable to another person.
  7. No part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize.
  8. If an advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
  9. Incorrectly completed entries will be disqualified.
  10. ONE Gospel reserves the right to amend these rules at any time. ONE Gospel may also create rules which will apply to a specific competition only. If we do this we will publish the amended competition rules and/or specific competition rules via entry emails.
  11. ONE Gospel will endeavour to send prizes within a month of the competition end date but cannot guarantee this delivery time. ONE Gospel will not be held responsible for prizes that do not reach the winners once they have been sent.
  12. Entering this competition indicates acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined above.
